WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP ABOUT?

The #IAmRemarkable workshop is a 90-105-minute experience designed to help participants speak confidently about their achievements, overcome self-doubt, and foster inclusive workplace cultures.

The program is open to all and is especially empowering for those who feel less recognized, including women, young professionals, and individuals from underrepresented groups.

Remarkably, data from March 2026 shows #IAmRemarkable has reached over 800,000 participants, 1,300+ organizations, and 120 countries. The program aims to rethink self-promotion and create a safe, supportive space for owning achievements.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE PROGRAM?

In the workshop, we: identify and challenge what holds us back from self-advocacy, recognize how biases and stereotypes affect us, rethink self-promotion, build empathy and mutual support, and practice expressing achievements confidently.

We do not focus on bragging. We learn to recognize and express our own value and notice the achievements of others.

The workshop includes three parts: a discussion on self-promotion and bias, an exercise to state personal achievements, and a reflection with practical takeaways.

#IAmRemarkable Silver-Tier Facilitator, DEIB expert, ESG consultant, entrepreneur, university lecturer, and trainer.

The workshop is facilitated by Mandy Fertetics, Managing Director of Alternate Consulting and certified #IAmRemarkable facilitator. Mandy delivers tailored workshops for organizations and communities on sustainability, ESG, DEI, and organizational development.

The program uses the standard #IAmRemarkable methodology, adapting conversations and reflection points to the group. The goal is a safe, honest space for self-advocacy practice.

Mandy has facilitated 17 workshops for 161 participants with an international rating of 4.9 (global average: 4.7).
